Sometimes you can use white ink to fade out a tattoo so that it can be covered up. However, it doesn’t work well for most tattoos. Alternatives are getting the old tattoo faded by laser or finding a tattoo artist skilled in cover-up design. Blackout tattoos with white ink can also work but may fade.
